Need help setting up 3840x1024!

I have (3) 19" Dell Ultrasharp's and need help setting up my resolution to be used as one big screen in games and general. As is the windows 7 taskbar going across the bottom of the screen. Any programs would be helpful. I have 2 card's but they can't be sli'd.
