Here we go:

Motherboard has 2 x 8-Pin EPS12V power connections.

Power Suppy is Corsair 750TX with only has 1 x 8-Pin EPS12V

What is the best option?

If you have another suggestions or can help , please let me know. THanks

The molex to EPS12V would be better since it distributes the load across more wires. In practice it probably doesn't matter much, but it is the preferable option.
Is there a 8-Pin PCI-E to EPS12V adpater ? (PS has 4 x 6+2-Pin PCI-E)
Is thre a 6-Pin PCI-E to ESP12V Adapter? (Same as above)
Not as far as I know.

That is what I though as well. The Moxel to ESP12V adapter is the best option I have.

Although, the splitter would also work since this PSU is a single rail but i would worry about that much wattage going threw a single wire.

I know you can convert ESP12V to PCI-E 6 Pin.
Too bad you can't do the reverse

I am afraid I don't have the skills / knowledge required to pull that off.
It's really quite simple. All you would need to do is buy the right connectors (female PCI-E, male EPS12V), a few wires (or just harvest some from an old PSU), some molex pins, and a crimper (or you could crimp it with a pair of pliers, but that's a bit more difficult). Then it's just a matter of stripping the wires down a bit, crimping on the pins, and sticking them into the right positions in the connectors which you can easily find out from some pin diagrams. It would literally take five minutes or less.
