Building a brand new AMD system and I need to know what's a good high performance power supply that'll be able to hand all of the stuff, and has room for future upgrades/additions.

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
Corsair XMS Xtra Low Latency 1 GB (512MB x2) DDR400-PC3200
Seagate Barracuda 200GB 7200RPM 8MB Cache SATA
WD Raptor (debating on 36GB or 74GB) SATA
CL Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
ATI X800 XT Platinum
Plextor 12x DVD+/-RW
Aquarius III Liquid Cooling
Lian Li Mid-Range Tower
(Moving from old pc to new one)
LG CD/RW
Sony DVD
Maxtor 60GB 5200RPM IDE
CL 56K v.92 Modem

I had initially thought about an Antec 480W, but then changed my mind after reading some threads. So I'd like input to how much I should get. I think something at 510 W or over.

I'm a very big fan of PC Power & Cooling. They have an excellent reputation, and if they put a 510 label on it, you can bet it will deliver 510 or more. http://www.pcpowercooling.com

That said, you may also want to check out some of the modular PSU's over at frozencpu.com and the likes. Coolness.

I want a 510 from pc power&cooling, but can someone direct me to which one is a good one? Preferrably dual fan cooled.

I nominate PC Power & Cooling. I owned 2 Enermax and 2 Antec PSU's over the last year and a half and just recently bought the 510Express(will work with BTX) with the adapter for ATX.
My PC is more stable now with a higher oc than before. You cant go wrong with pc p&c.
Plus 5 year warranty.
