Need help searching for a good laptop

Check out www.sagernotebook.com. They have some really good deals on their 17" laptops right now...that is if you're looking for a custom notebook as an option. Don't know your budget though...so give it a look and see what you think.

From $300 to $1000.

$1000 being the best as possible for gaming.
 
Check out the lenovo outlet for a refurb T500 with the HD3650 hybrid graphics option. It'll run you a bit above 650 for an incredibly well spec'ed machine.

For gaming purposes, the ASUS lappy I posted above is much better; its 9800M GS > HD 3650. Here is a great link to a comparison of a ton of laptop graphics cards, with "Class 1" being the top of the line. The 9800M GS is "Class 1" while the HD 3650 is "Class 2".

If you'd rather deal with TigerDirect, they have a slightly lesser version of the G50Vt-X1 (called G50VM-X1) for $799.99 Major difference between the 2 models is that the lesser version has the 9700M GT (which is also a lesser, "Class 2" card [although it's the best Class 2 card] than the 9800M GS).

Whats the difference between the G50Vt-X5 listed above and the G50Vt-X1 I have below besides the fact that the G50Vt-X1 is refurbished?
