Need Help!!! Screens keep blinking after window loaded

Like the tittle said, after window loaded into desktop, my monitors/screens would not stop blinking (black screen/desktop/backscreen,etc....). Not sure where to start to looks for solution. It loads thru safemode without the blinking, but I cannot narrow down the problem. Hopefully, you guys can point me in the right direction. Thanks for all advices/help.

Mobo:680i
Not sure of PSU, but Alienware listed as 750w PSU
q6600
2x4 OCZ Fatal1ty Edition 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
2x 8800GT (non SLI) to run 3 monitors
vista x64 premium

Reinstalling drivers would be a start that should have been tried before posting.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried and that works, I forgot to try new driver (doh), was in a hurry to leave for work, i guess i left my brain behind too.
