Need Help replacing TX-SR606.

I have a refurbed Onkyo TX-SR606 that has worked great for the last 5yrs. It recently started exhibiting the HDMI handshake issue and as you're all aware, is barley working right now. (It will end up getting fixed and used elsewhere)

With that being said, I need to replace it. My initial thought was just to pickup it's successor, the TX-NR636 but I just can't bring my self to do that with the current issues I've had. So, here I am.

My requirements are simple.
1. At least 7.1 with 90/w channel @ 8ohms
2. At least 5 HDMI ports with 4k passthru. Up-scaling would a plus.
3. Wifi. Bluetooth would be a plus.
4. Under $450 new or refurbished. Prefer new. (I can go up to $500 but would prefer to stay at $450 or under)
5. Will last 5+yrs.


I've looked at the following but again would like additional input.

Sony STR-DN840/850
Denon AVR-X2100W
Onkyo TX-NR636
Yamaha RX-V577/RX-V677


For reference my current 5yr old cobbled together setup looks like this.(Well, except the TV. That's new)
F: Polk Audio Monitor 50
SR: Polk Audio FXI3
R: Polk Audio R150
C: Paradigm CC-170
Sub: Polk Audio PSW10
TV: Samsung UN60FH6200
 
I have a TX-NR626 that i have owned for over a year with no problems and would gladly buy the TX-NR636 if i had to upgrade. I would say either the Denon or the Onkyo.
