My freind has asked me to help him part out his old Dell XPS 600 system. The Motherboard fried and he has since replaced the entire system. I havent had a chance to look at it or test any of these parts but he assures me they work. I will still be testing them before I sell them however. I am not quite sure what kind of prices I need to list for the items that still work but are decently old. I have tenative prices listed but am more than willing to adjust based on recomendations. At minimum he is looking to be able to cover the cost of a new SATA CD/DVD burner for his new desktop. I think he might be able to get a little more.

He is looking to sell:

1) 2 256 MB nVidia GeForce 7900GS (~30 bucks each too much?)
2) 2 GB Dual Channel DDR SDRAM at 667 MHZ-4DIMMS (???)
3) 16x DVD-ROm +16DVD+/-RW with dbl layer write capable (these are IDE drives :() (~$10 each?)
4) Pentium D Processor 930 (3.0 GHz, 800FSB) (~40-50 too much?)

I was hoping to have some of you all let me know what you would be willing to pay for older tech like this. I looked briefly at google but it wasnt too much help.

RAM should be about $25-30 at most. The Pentium D should be worth about $30-40 at most.

I agree with the rest of your prices.
