Need help picking fan for ultra 120

Hey guys i want to know whats the best fan for the ultra 120 i am looking for a cheap price fan thats quiet and pushes alot of air.I was looking at yate loons on jabtech how loud is
40db i was thinking of getting 1 (88cfm) fan for the hsf then buying 4 (47 cfm 28db) for the case.Should i go this route or just purchase all the fans high speed.I dont have any experiences on fans and i dont care if its a little loud since in the summer i am gonna have ac and a regular fan on.

I hear alot of good things about the Yates but I swear by Thermaltake's Thunderblade series 78CFM @ 21DB.

I put one in the tuniq Tower when I was still using air and dropped the temp 7c on an E6600 @3.2G They are the only 120s I will use so I have boxes of stock 120s laying around for whenever i need something super quiet with low cfms.

Scythe fans, yate loons....

I personally wanted an LED fan so I chose a Thermaltake 120mm Blue LED fan. I use a fan controller and the fan only runs @ about 1500 RPM or so. Very quiet!
