i am trying to keep the price below 200 dollars.

I want a reverse ATX layout (like the antec P180 and coolermaster RC590/690.

while i like the inside layout of the P180 i don't like having a door (and that case is ugly without the door).

i don't really like all of the mesh of the RC590/690 cases because of noise (this is for a PC that is going to be in the living room.

i also what it to use at least 120mm fans.

it does not matter if it is aluminum or steel, but i do prefer black (although i can pant it if need be)

i also don't want anything too crazy looking like an alien head or spaceship, lol.

it also needs to be able to fit a 9800GTX video card
 
yeah, i already checked there, unfortunatly they are out of it. any idea what lian li that case was based off of?

Not sure what you mean by "reverse ATX"? Usually this refers to actually mounting the motherboard upside down with the PCI slots above the I/O panel, and not a lot of cases have this config now (mostly Lian Li and Silverstone, both quite expensivee).

The P180 and RC590/690 only have the PSU on the bottom.
