need help overclocking

I have an Abit NF7-S v2.0 with an amd xp 3000+. I have 1gb geil ultra ddr400 memory. I want to overclock the cpu and maybe the memory. I have 166x13=2.16 Ghz and a fsb/dram ratio at 5/6 which gives me the 400mhz for memory. However i don't know what the 5/6 exactly means. I want to get like 2.5 ghz which i can get by just changing multiplier from 13 to 15 ( so 166x15). the default voltage for cpu is 1.65, so i need a higher voltage to match when i oc the cpu i think. do i need to change the fsb/dram ratio when i change the multiplier? will lowering the 166 and raising multiplier or vice versa change my memory speed/frequency? I am confused so I need some help overclocking with this particular mobo. I am using a coolermaster Jet 7 hsf so I'm not sure how far i would be able to overclock.
 
first set the cpu/ram divider at 1/1 or 6/6 idunno what it is for the nf7. then slowly ramping up the fsb when the computer becomes unstable or crashes then rais the voltage to the cpu a little.

ps when doing this you might want to drop your multy from 13 to 12ish i really dont think your going to get 2.5ghz but why not give it a try.
