Need Help overclocking my rig

So yea im trying to reach the max overclock on my cpu and ram which is 3.6mhz cpu and 1800mhz ram. I don't know if its my voltages (have it set to auto detect) when i bump the FSB up to 450 i always get blue screen at boot up. Say if I slightly bump it down to say 3.4 and 1600mhz runs fine. Also another side note running at default setting 8-8-7-24 2T seems to be the only stable timing if I leave it at defaults both windows and games freeze up. I even tried setting both the CPU and RAM at their maximum voltage still can't max them out. Anyone have some insight?
 
Forgot to mention i can set the ram at 1800mhz unlinked with no hitches but when running in linked mode trying to get the CPU and RAM to operate the same at their max I always get a blue screen
