Need help Overclocking an oldie

Hey, Well damm its been a while since ived been here, hehe ;p

Well i need help Overclocking my old rig, Its a socket 939 Rig.

Here are the specs:

Amd Athlon x2 3800 @ 2.0Ghz (Stock). Ived looked up the code on the cpu, Nothing came up when i did.
3 Gigs of ram (2x1G & 2x512mb) Running @ 2.5-2-2-6-7 2T, Dram Freq 96.9
Gigabyte GA-K8N-Sli
Xfx 8600GT
Vista ultimate 32bit

I wanna get to 2.6Ghz, So what should i set my bios settings to? Im a noob to overclocking so any help appreciated.

O yea, Ived been out of the Computer scene for a bit, What i miss? Ived been reading about the new physix stuff, What cards can be used for a physix card?

old? i was hoping to see an fcpga celeron 366 or 300a here :)
