Need help overclocking AMD64 3500+ venice core.

Hey everyone i want to overclock my cpu just alittle its running at 2.2ghz stock now but i want to get it up at least 2.3ghz or 2.4ghz i only have stock fan that came with cpu i have the abit fatality an8 motherboard and the cosair xpert series ram with led display(programable).

i just want to overclock that much cause the videocard is bottlenecked by the cpu i think the videocard is a SAPPHIRE RADEON X850XT PLATINUM EDITION PCI-E 256MB and it jiggerys in half life 2 game and counter strike source game plus others.

plus the powersupply is a cheap brand so i dont know if i can do it its a 500watt silentpower usicase psu
