Rivaturner won't allow me to overclock or look at the temps of my card. When it starts it says my drivers aren't supported(169.25) so do I have to wait for an update or can I edit something in the power user tab. I tried forcing the driver version but that didn't work. Also ATItool doesn't work either. It said something about my monitor output.

Rivatuner always complains my driver isnt supported but still works fine.

When I click customize, it only shows refrech rate settings, color scheme, and diagnostics report. It seems like all of the overclocking utilities aren't working. I just tried coolbits, but I don't see any clock settings in the nvidia control panel. I have Vista 32-bit is that means anything.

Have you tried the option to "reset all the drivers settings to their default values" in Rivatuner?
Its the last button on the overclocking radio button.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with the monitor driver you have in use.
Can you download another inf or monitor driver for your monitor and install that?
Does your card work ok in 3D?

I can't even get to the overclock section. It's not there. I just tried installing drivers for the monitor but that didn't work. Also it looks like ATITool isn't identfying my card correctly. It says 8800 GTS for the device but under it the chip name is blank, it says memory type is SDR and that I only have 4mb, and a 0 bit memory bus width. And it works, I was just playing Crysis.

The "reset all the drivers settings to their default values" button is not in the overclock section but is the last button on the list of buttons that appear when you click the radio button to make the overclocking button appear.
That radio button is the second of the 2 radio buttons on the main Rivatuner app.

All thats there is low-level refresh settings, low-level desktop color schemes, and graphics system diagnostic report. I may just reformat if I can't figure this out.
I just use nTune to overclock my card.
However, nTune will reset to default clock speed at everytime you restart your comp. All I have to do is create an OC profile and just load it when I want to play games. Normal computing I don't need overclocked card.

what he said.. had the same problem, till someone here mentioned about the 600h code on rivatuner file.. works fine now.
