well i reached 3150mhz anything past that i cant boot. My average temps are 44c on load with orthos im getting the temps from core temp beta 0.94.

I think my ram is limiting me some how i have it at 900mhz with 5-5-5-15, my bus speed is 450mhz x 7

I would try upping your ram voltage a tick (2.2v). If you still cant get passed 450 after that,
try relaxing your timings to 5-6-6-15. That way you can see if it really is your memory or not.
If it is your memory, then do what MrWizard6600 says and use a divider.

If it doesn't appear to be your memory, set your ram settings back and try upping CPU voltage one tick, reboot, and repeat until you can break 450. Remember to monitor temps (core temp or intel TAT).

I'm not sure what voltages are like on the 680i, I'm using the P5B. Perhaps someone else can
comment on if you should up your northbridge voltage.
