Need help on voltage

Nvidia board 680i SLI A1

I want to people who have their quad q6600 or QX6700 at 3.2ghz with multiplier of 9X what are the best voltage for CPU SPP and FSB.
My current spec are running at 3.2ghz voltage is at 1.35 FSB, 1.4, SPP at 1.35 rest auto. All this is been tested and verifiled to be very stable. I ran othros for 9 hours and gaming for 3 months. I decide to OC it to 3.3ghz. First I up the voltage to 1.37 and FSB to 1.5 I was able to run 2 instants of othors on all cores for 3 hours till one instant of othors gave stop error.

Today I try the FSB voltage at 1.4 and only move the CPU voltage to 1.375. After half an hour the computer freeze, can't more a mouse or anything. So I had to reset it.
I hate to try this and that, becuase it waste my time. Now im back to normal setting which is the 3.2ghz speed. I need some recmommendations.
 
Typically and I use that term because MB manuf do not tell us exaclty, FSB voltage adjustments change the level of a reference voltage used to derive the voltages of the data signal pulses between the CPU and the Northbridge (these signals are the buss signals). Screwing with that seldom yeilds good results. Set it back to default.

What you probally want to do is give the MCP chip (memory controller a.k.a The Northbridge) a bump up in voltage. This typically helps stability at higher FSB speeds. It could be that Nvidia calls this voltage the FSB voltage (they would be incorrect but /shrug) and the above comment does not apply.

SPP is the southbridge I/O controller and giving it more voltage is seldom needed or a good idea.

That said, I am not an expert on Nvidia chipsets but since no-one else chimed in...
