Need help on OC with Rivatuner

How do you overclock the Corce clock and Memory Clock in riva tuner, i can't move the bar in the low level system tweaks, but if i try to move the bars in the forcewear tweaks, it says that "the test driver failed the internet test with clock frequencies set, go lower" for every single optino i pick, even 3 above the normal it says that
