Need help on memory choices

Well guys I'm upgrading my sys soon (by the end of this month hopefully). Gonna get an A64 3000+, Epox EP-8KDA3J, 6800GT, WD Raptor, and now I'm considering getting some new ram. Right now I've 512 megs (2x256), it's Corsair XMS TwinX PC-3200LL. Nice ram, but I want a gig and possibly something that overclocks a little better as I plan on doing some nice OCing with my 3000+ :D. Would you reccomend adding a 512 stick of Corsair XMS or another option such as some OCZ 3500 which I was looking at.
