I'm a server manager for a gaming clan and I'm in need of some assistance.

I have about 3 other people on my team and we all need to be able to access the same user account on our server which runs Win Server 2003 and be looking and working on the same things simultaneously, we use Remote Desktop to access the server. So if I could get some detailed steps on how to set this up my team and I would be much appreciative. Thanks in advance.

What is the problem with each person using their own account, given everyone has the same access level???

if you want more than 2 people on the same server, at the same time, you need to go the terminal services route.
2000 and 2k3 server allow 2 simultaneous connections for "management".

If you go terminal services, you still need the same number of licenses as you would with stand alone PC's.
You can't install one copy of ms office on a terminal server and have 20 people legally use it.

on 2nd thought, if you all want to be looking at the exact same information at the same time, like the same windows desktop, at the same time, then you could use something like ultravnc and have 4 people connect at the same time.
