Need help initializing my drive.

I built a new computer and I am using a SSD for my boot drive. On my previous PC I was using 2 150GB RaptorX's in a RAID 0 configuration. I did not "unRAID" the drives before I took it apart. So now I have stuck one of my Raptors in my Thermaltake BlacX eSATA. Every time I try and initialize the drive I get an error message saying "The system cannot find the file specified". I tried booting from my Acronis Disk Director USB and formatting the drive. It formatted just fine but I still get the same message in Windows.
