Need Help ID'ing Old Creative Card

It's a PCI card from back in the day. Model number is CT7230. Chip is labeled CT7235-VBQ. It's got audio out, SPDIF out, it's got an S-video labeled TV out, VGA out, and another S-video that's labeled VGA in? Not sure if this is a standalone card or some kind of add-on.

Probably not. It's an MPEG2 decoder card.

The VGA-in is likely a video pass-through: when the decoder card is doing nothing, you see just what your video card displays, but when you play a DVD movie, the device overlays that movie output over your video card output (windowed or full-screen), and outputs the combined picture to your monitor.

This is a visual as to how the setup works

Video card output -------> Decoder Video In *Combine Images* Decoder Video Out ----------> Your monitor
