need help ghosting compaq evo n600c laptop

I got a compaq evo n600c from a friend of mine but it has no os on it and no cd-rom now I made a ghost image of my evo desk top just to see if it would take but nope. So now I'm trying to find a way to use norton ghost 2003 to make a ghost of my xp pro disk but can not figur it out or if some nice person out there has maybe a link to a ghosted image or some where I can buy and download an image that would help put a ton.

But if some one out there knows of a way for me to make just an image of my xp pro cd that would be great too. I'm using norton ghost 2003.
