Need help getting pc video sig to tv

Hello. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. I'm looking to get a friends pc signal to go through his tv. He wants to be able to be on the internet on the tv using PIP picture in picture while watching whatever else. Any suggestions? Thank you

I don't know how PIP works.

Can you have A/V 1 on the main screen and then a cable channel in the small panel?

If so.... you could watch a DVD on the main screen and a TV show in the PIP panel. Same thing really.

Doing this really depends on wether or not his specific television can run the PIP over the svideo connection that his video card is going to need to have.

If it doesn't, then he can't do that.
