Ok so I basically need to know (in lamens terms) how I can wire 3 80mm fans together to run externally off of a normal household AC outlet, and have a fan controller/dimmer to control thier speed/rpm.

Unfortunately I can't read electrical blueprints/diagrams or I'm sure I could easily look this up. I however, have little experience with this sort of thing.

Find yourself an old cell phone charger that is 110vdc - 12vac and wire your fans to that. Just make sure the volts of the charger match the voltage of the fans you are wiring and the amps from the charger are enough to run all the fans you want.

I've not tried it myself, but I've read you can run a bunch of fans off of a cell phone charger.

Or, you could get an old computer power supply and hook your fans up that way.

Yeah, I was about to repost. I went through of some of my old Motorolla chargers and the most I found was 5.9 volts at 4.8 milliamps or something like that.

Nice find on the 110v - 12v PWRS.
