Need help for Video Card for HTPC System

I have a system that I'm going to turn into a HTPC system. Currently it has a MX400 video card, that has a DVI port, a VGA port and a S-Video out. I don't think this card is going to work out for me because I've heard about a lot of issue with the S-Video out. So I'm looking for a replacement card that will need to be either. AGP or PCI. <<--Only slots in computer.) Something for around $100 that will work with a 12 year old 32" TV. I have no plans in the next 5 years to go to a flat screen.
 
What os are you going to run? You could always try an ATi card with svideo. I personally owned a 9700pro and some other ones. I'm sure you could find some on craigslist with no problem. I'm sure you can spend way less then 100 dollars.

Here's one in my area for 20 dollars. I'm sure you can find the same
