Maybe a larger hard drive if you're running out of room. Vista will require more disk space than XP does so if you're already low it might be an issue.
if HDD space is a concnern, why not just throw a second bigger drive in?
i kept my old 80GB for media storage and bought a 250GB for everything else.
that being said, i'd stay with S939 for same reasons others have mentioned.secondly, going to an X2 3800+ won't be mcuh of a performance increase unless you're doing a bunch of multitasking and you're just itching for a dual core (like i was
if you want cheap have you considered buying a good HSF and overclocking the hell out of that 3200+? DFI mobos are supposed to be great for OCing
P.S. if you do decide to get an X2 3800+, PLEASE overclock that cpu! it'll crank up like a little beast and then you'll notice a nice performance boost
