need help for overclocking(pics included)

Is there anyone out there that is nice enough to help me overclock? :D If so that will be greatly appreciated!! Here are some pictures about my system info bios settings and what not. Also i am not sure why my graphics card(9800gtx+) is running at 16x as my motherboard, a asus p5q pro is pcie2.0 and my graphics card!! This is the memory that i have. Also my 3dmark06 score seems unusually low! Oh and my cpu is a core 2 duo e4300 1.8ghz which i pin modded to 2.4ghz... and for some reason the bios says my ram are 5-5-5-13 while they should be 5-5-5-15.. so if there is anyone who can get my system overclocked and get my score up that will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Ok do like I said on xfire, Since no one here knows what I said I will post it.

You need to set CPU Ratio from 6 to 9, turn off C1E support and CPU TM Function off too. Also set ram timings to 5-5-5-15 along with the correct voltage. :)

Edit: be sure its stable too. ;)
