This picture come from a Gigabyte 3D Aurora 570 Case. Currently I am running a corsair nautilus and would really like to ditch the pci pass through bracket that likes to chew up my tubes. If anyone can point me in the right direction and possibly provide a link or two for purchase. Also suggestions on what size drill bit i would need is greatly appreciated!

Those are called rubber grommets. Lowes or Home Depot would have them.

You could also try here. http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g30/c101/s181/list/p1/Liquid_Cooling-Fittings_Accessories-Grommets-Page1.html

You need a grommet with atleast an "ID" of your outer diameter of the tubing. So if you have 1/2" "OD" tubing you need a grommet with an "ID" of atleast 1/2".

So depending on that, you need to then find out the "OD" of the grommet you choose, to determine the size of the drill or hole saw you need.

ID= inner diameter
OD= outer diameter
