Need help finding the right setup

I currently have my setup inside of a normal ATX case but am looking to move to SFF. This is necessary for me because I am always moving my computer around (college...).

Here are the components:
Skt 754 A64 3000+
AGP 6800 Ultra
2 hard drives (though I could get by without one of them if necessary)
2x512mb ram
Audigy2 sound card

Shuttles are out of my price range, and fitting my dual slot graphics card would be a problem too. I have been considering the Aspire Q-pack or something else along those lines, but need help deciding on what components I need.

What is a good mATX motherboard for skt 754 and AGP? I DON'T overclock, I just want something reliable! I have searched and read through numerous "good motherboard" threads but didn't come up with anything conclusive.
