Need help finding a PSU

So i need a good PSU that can support my build
i was set on this SILVERSTONE ST85F-P 850W, but after reading some of the reviews im not so sure.
That fact that there is no on/off switch does bug me.

I also noticed these which got good reviews buy hardocp

The XFX has slightly better performance and is more efficient, but the Antec is an awesome deal that you really can't beat at the moment. Both are excellent PSUs, and either one would handle your PC without any trouble.

Your system probably will never consume over 300-350w. Keep that in mind before buying an 850w psu.

i couldn't be bothered with load balancing, hence the preference for single rail +12v.

You should never need to load balance a psu, even multi-rail. Only poorly designed multi-rails need load balancing, and we don't recommend those
