Well i just git a new case, and put everything in. When i go to turn it on it says "windows canot start becasue the folowing file is missing <windows route>\system32\ntoskrnl.se. please reinstall a copy of the file above.
But the problem is it wont detect my keyboard and i can not reinstall what can i do?
 
It sounds like you have the keyboard plugged into the wrong spot, and you have the hard drive connected with a different method or a different way than before.
 
I used to get that error before I found out that my old K8N Neo plat only locked the bus on two of the SATA ports ( :confused: wtf) and I pulled it too far out of spec. It's probably caused by overclocking, in some way.

Anyway it sounds like you don't have usb device emulation turned on in the bios. Sounds like you'll need a ps/2 keyboard.
