Need help diagnosing memory errors

Got a new system:
P5B-deluxe + E6600
Geil PC6400 2x1GB
OCZ 880GTX

The problem is that I get memory errors - Memtest86+ test 7 fails intermittantly. All other tests pass, even after 24 hours of testing.

BIOS is the latest version (1101), RAM is running at 2.1V (as specified), and everything else is stock (BIOS set to defaults).

The errors only occur in dual channel mode. The errors do not occur in single channel mode.

Errors are always reported as being in the address ranges of 25000000 - 27000000 and 65000000 - 67000000, with error patterns of 00000080, 00000040 or 000000c0.

Any ideas how to diagnose this further, or whether it needs an RMA? If so, RAM or motherboard?
