Hi guys I have right two following components and i wonder which one would you chose, and which system will perform better overall

first configuration:
asus p5q-em
4 gb gskill fsb-800
intel pentium 2.0 allendale
g8800gt from zotac.

everything is around 400$

Second system

GIGABYTE GA-EG45M
GIGABYTE HD 4870
amd phenom x3 8750be
the same memory gskill 800fsb.
all is around 500$

the rest of the components are the same and I am trying to decide which one to go with.
