found a 9800Pro for 160 shipped

but i found so much other goodies as well

a64 3400+ $200 shipped

or i can go 3.2GHZ northwood but i have to buy a motherboard which i dont have money for

got offering of:
like new complete retail box IC7-Max3 for $170
complete retail box p4 3.0C northwood for $150
is that a good deal?

dont kn0 what to spend my x-mas money on

i needa video card, i do need to upgrade my system, i multi-task alot and computer so slow and i do dvd authorin' which really blows the system away
so its now between a 9800p video card, a64 3400+ (already have shuttle AN50R mobo, or 3.0C w/ abit IC7-max3 board (dont got enuff for both only one...)

P.S. would tossin' a 3.0C/3.2C cpu in a mobo that dont support 800FSB would it just declock the CPU or would it just not work at all? (gigabyte SINXP-1394 mobo currently)

i g;uess stock AMD64 is better for multi-tasking and such
but how bout when overclocked to max stable.... i'm going to go back to watercooling once i get money for that huge 3x120mm blackice extreme rad and a swiftech pelt cpu block
heres link to a review
which way should i go? going to be mostly using quickpar to verify and recover data, extraction, DVD authoring, and heavy multi-tasking (atm got 2 xplorer windows, 5 IEs, winamp, powerdvd, dvd decrypter, aol, 2 quickpars, aim, newsbin, newsleecher active and numerous in system tray
which would be better stock for stock and when overclocked?..
thanks
