Hey guys i am a bit stuck in my choosing of my next upgrade.
Since there are soooooo many new technologies on the horizon i only want to change the fewest parts until all the new stuff is tried and true.


I am thinking of just changing the cpu and mobo for now, later i will change the rest.

below is my current system, i am unsure right now if i should go intel or AMD. clearly the amd 64 newcastles are the way to go, but, i want a hiccup free system. my last 2 systems have been AMD's and i get a lot of hiccups while playing games. Is the AMD 64 better in this respect? What combo of cpu/mobo's would you guys suggest? i will want to overclock. I want the biggest bang for my buck, without draining the bank.
