Need Help Choosing Router

Hi everyone! Thanks for your interest in this thread, I have a few questions for you. First, here is my situation.

I have a 2600 SQft house(second floor accounts for much of the SQFT, so perhaps range won't be an issue.), with 4 other roommates.Three of us play videogames, and two of us enjoy torrenting. We are also going to have my xbox wirelessly (Or wired, please advise) stream our music/movies from one of our PCs. (Highest quality possible)

What kind of router do I need?
I went to amazon and sorted by highest rated/Popular, and these two seemed to pop up at me.

Would either of these suit my needs? What router would you recommend? I would also not like to spend an ungodly amount.
