Need help choosing between these 2

i need help choosing wich will have the BEST overall picture or maybe you have some other suggestions for how to spend my money. This is for my PS3

Now im not worried about the Size at all or the Prices. Just looking for overall Quality. One is IPS one is NOT.

I also have a ? about MHZ Will i see a difference going from 60HZ to 120HZ for gaming?

If you're a male, then obviously the Bravia, no question, no second thoughts. Even if the picture was better on the NEC, screw it, Bravia.

If you're something else... dunno what to tell you.

well that surely didnt help any. im not worried about the size or the price. i want the best Picture/Colors.
 
If you are using it with your PS3 then go with the Bravia. I have a 2 year old 40" bravia and its great. But it sucks for computer use. Though mine is only 720p. Pixels are way to big. Just my thoughts.

Also there are no current models that accept more than 60hz for the input. The additional processing for 120hz is going to cause lag in gaming. It is recommended to turn it off for gaming.
 
well i know they are both 1920x1080 one is IPS one is NOT. this is where im confused isnt the IPS monitor going to be a better option for colors?
