So, I am looking to watercool my 7970s so I can actually use both.

I believe I will need the blocks, pump, reservoir, and radiator.

I have a Corsair 900D case, so space shouldn't be a limiting factor.

I am a watercooling noob, so can I get a shopping list?
 
7970's reference pcb ? That's going to be your first struggle. If they are reference then I like either EK (non nickel) or Koolance, I own both and Koolance wins by a narrow margin. Personally for rads I would go with 2 Alphacool 480's and a 360 Alphacool UT60 Series.

I went to open bench after having to exchange 3 Gigabyte mb so I'm 99% sure the rads will fit your 900d, but please double check.
 
How do I tell if my cards have reference PCB boards? Is it just kinda, take off the HSF and look type thing?
