Im looking at spending $100-$125 CANADIAN, which means thats roughly $100-$110 USD..
Im looking to power the computer in my specs with a few additions (7900GT volt modded, DFI NF4, 1-2 more HDDs, DVDRW, possible dual core in the future).. I am NOT running SLI yet, but Im thinking of in a year or so..

Here are my options for a new PSU:

OCZ Powerstream 520W $128CAD (cheaper than usual since its on sale, usually $160CAD+)
Seasonic S12 500W $136CAD
Enermax Liberty 520W $140CAD
Fortron 500W Blue Storm $116CAD
Antec NeoHE 500W $125CAD
Antec TrueControl II 550W $80CAD (Used for 1 year)

Which one should I go for?

UPDATE: I changed my mind twice. Ordered a Seasonic S12-500W, then cancelled and got the Powerstream 520W.....now, finally....I've decided on the OCZ GameXStream 600W! It's only $10 more than the Powerstream and $4 more than the Seasonic..600W, dual rails, nice warranty (OCZ plant near my area), Active PFC, can't go wrong with it :D..and I hear it's just a rebranded FSP Epsilon which goes for even more $$$!

Since you're in canada, I take it you can order from NCIX. Try the FSP Epsilon 600w.

i own one and it is the best power supply i have ever owned

whoops.. sorry. I saw "FSP 600" and I instantly thought 'epsilon'. Epsilon was $163 :(

Go with the Powerstream. And NCIX has it cheaper.

HE500. The A3 revision gets rid of all the old problems, so it's over 40A/12V total. I have the 550- early version - and love mine.

I love 'em, but I feel they are over-priced. I believe the same about PC P&C supplies, until you get to the 850W+ models. Their 510 range is horribly exorbitant. :(

Well in this case its only a few bucks more, and I hear Seasonic IS THE MOST QUIET PSU.......I hope it is :D

The Seasonic, Enermax, or Fortron. I'd take the Seasonic though, they are quieter.

No ones recommending Seasonic eh?

I have the bigger brother of the Seasonic that you're looking at and love it. Rock solid and pretty quite. Had a BFG 650W for a day and man that thing was loud!

Is there still an issue with Seasonic and DFI boards?
And what's the big fiasco about a dedicated 12V line vs dual-12V lines? I hear something people running Crossfire/SLIs kept getting black outs/BSODs with their Seasonic but when they threw in a Pstream it was rock solid..

I have a new Fortron, and from what I have heard, they have excellent reliability and quality. I would recommend them, but I may wait for a bit to see how mine performs.

I think the best one they have is the Epsilon one, but that's $$

It is, but I think the previously listed "Fortron 500W Blue Storm $116CAD" will work out fine for the OP.

i like my fsp fx600 epsilon $118 US free ($10) shipping from directron.com with new customer weekend purchase. i say the powerstream 600 if you want to deal with mail in rebates from monarch.com. it's $108 US after $40 MIR right now. that's what i'd get if i didnt have my epsilon. The Enermax Liberty's "mmm.... modular cabling" (zipzoomfly.com has it for $109 /w $15mir = $95 free shipping, i dont know if they ship to canada), but i hear stuff about them blowing up sparks and all, and Seasonic's are awesome too, but i wouldnt recommend the antecs, they seem to be slackin on quality control as of late, and i hear it can be finicky with some mobos.
