need help bleeding air

I'm running a big watercooling loop, but when I turn my PC off I notice there's air in each tube line...
I have all these components:
Swiftech GTX
MCP655
XSPC 250mm passive reservoir
2 dual 120mm heater cores
some of it is cheap 1/2" tubing from home depot, most of it is 7/16" tygon stuff

i don't know how to get rid of those damn air bubbles!!
 
Air will always move to the highest position in the loop that it can, without being obstructed.

Basically, you want to try and force ALL the air upwards, to the very top, by picking the case up, and rotating it so it all flows to the top.

Then, carefully move the case, to manipulate the air's position, so it enters the reservoir or the Tline. Repeat as necessary.
 
Those micro bubbles are very common and will work themselves out over time. Just be sure to keep your resevoir/fill tube topped off. Larger bubbles can be "detached" from hoses by flicking the tubing with your finger near the bubbles.
 
topped off as in keep the res. filled to capacity? and ive been running the system for awhile, they aren't showing any signs of leaving. i think i may have to just wait till i have a case and keep turning it around, because when i turn the system off and let it sit for awhile the bubbles join together and form larger ones.
 
Yes, fill it up completely- even the filler tube. As the water heats up, the bubbles will expand and combine with other bubbles and find their way out. After 24 hours of running the system, they should be 99% gone unless you have air pockets (radiator).
