Need HELP! 680 HC Classies issue!

I bought 2 680 HC Classies and were running great for the first week or so. Now recently they do not hit their boost clock speeds in most the games i play like GW2 BL2 and Crysis 2. They run at 1150mhz at 30-40% usage. I tested BF3 Serious Sam 3 unigine heaven and 3Dmark11 and the cards run at 80+% usage and are hitting boost clocks fine. I have tested defualt power target and 132% and running NCP prefer maximum performance on/off nothing fixes it.

I'm completely lost on what to do now. Any feedback is much appreciated. I'm currently running the 310.33 beta driver. Specs in sig
