need good fax machine suggestions

i'm sick and tired of deploying HP officejets to doctor's offices, when they dont scan, print, or even copy, all they do is recieve faxes. the officejets break relatively often, and its pretty annoying to have to deal with them all the time. i suggested to my manager we just give them a standalone fax machine, and he agreed, so i'm looking for suggestions for business grad fax machines.
the fax must be

  • laser-based
  • reliable
  • rugged
  • suitable for a business environment

any suggestions?

edit: does anyone know a reputable website i can go to to read reviews of fax machines and such? google isnt turning up much more than compare price websites and the like.
 
It all depends on how much you FAX. We use a Sharp FO-DC500 at work. I supports multiple lines, paper trays and networking.
 
these get lab & xray results and orders sent to them, very often. many times a day, so it really needs to be reliable, especially since the doctor's offices are offsite.
