Hey guy's, i have been lurking for a while, reading a whole lot, and have now decided
to get an LCD, mainly for gaming "online FPS", mostly, but others also.

Now the question, i have been looking at the Samsung 215tw, 225bw,226bw,

The 215tw supposed to have input lag, at least some say so.

The 225bw is discontinued, and quality is +/-

The 226bw not available in canada for a while, and may need to mature
in order to work out some kinks.

So what do you think i should get ???

i want a 21" minimum, but prefer 22", seem's like a sweet spot.
Should i wait for the 226BW ???

dude nice lol me too. lookin for the 22" sweet spot. 20" looks too small to me and 24 inches is too expensive so 22" really is the sweet spot. ive been lookin at the westy, the chi mei, the samsung 226b and the LG. the lg looks really nice

Dude, if you want a gaming LCD monitor get the SCEPTRE X20WC-Gamer Black 20.1" 5ms. My friend has one these and games look incredibly detailed and colorfull, even better then my monitor, I was totally shocked. Look at the specs on this thing;

http://www.sceptre.com/Products/LCD/Specifications/spec_x20wc-Gamer.htm

It is an 8bit panel 16.7million colors, 25m pixel pitch (not a typo) , 176º (horizontal)
176º (vertical) viewing angles, 5ms. Simply amaing. And it is only 229 bucks on newegg.

Also note that 22" monitors use TN panels, the worst of all panels. Splurge for a Dell 2007WFP or NEC 20", and you'll be away from TN (20" and 22" isn't much of a difference at the end of the day)

Disagree! today I went to fry's and for the first time I saw lcd monitors lined up next to each other. I dunno about 21 inchers but there is a major diff in size between 20 and 22 inch monitors. I saw it clearly.
