Yep, pretty much.

Its a good deal if you just HAVE to play it - but Im kinda turned off by NFS series right now. Just isnt as fun as it used to be. Assetto Corsa and Project C.A.R.S for the win.

Ordered on 3/17/2015

Received ferrari dlc key on 3/19/2015 and I called them up to inquire about where the rest of it was, My other post can be found here.

Got an Email saying my package would be delayed and delivered between 03/26/2015 - 03/30/2015

4/2/2015 I called to inquire, because it was so late they told me if I get it delivered I can keep it but they are issuing a refund.

On the 7th called again because they had not processed the refund, and on the 4/8/2015 I finally got my refund.

I am disappointed that I did not get the deal, It was an inconvenience that I had to call so much about a small purchase. But at the end they refunded my money, and said that if it came in I could keep it which case we both know is the code for it was never going to make it there so we are giving you your money back before things escalate.
 
Finally got around to calling Target after not receiving anything via ground mail. 1st level support wasn't helpful as they want me to go to the physical store to handle the return even after explaining several times that it's not a physical product. Got escalated to specialist 2nd level where they knew exactly what's going on and have no issue with refund. Since it's been over 30 days they can't issue a refund to my credit card but, instead, will be ground mailing me a gift card for $10 in 3 to 5 days.
