can anyone tell me what files i can aquire from v6.66 that i can put on floppy to boot into windows under raid?

An F6 disk needs a file called txtsetup.oem, a *.cat file, and a *.inf file. Nine times out of ten, your mobo maker will have a slick little self extracting exe file on their download section that creates an F6 floppy automatically. Since your using NVRAID, you should be able to use just about anyone's utility to make one, as long as it mtaches your chipset.

yeah i got one for my asus sli-deluxe but the drivers are not whql and its causing my system not to be able to restart so im going to try some better drivers i guess.
