I already have Raptors in raid 0.

I now need somthing for massive storage. Somthing 200-400Gb.

I want the absolute best SATA or IDE drive on the Market.
 
well it looks nice but I was looking more along the lines of an internal hard drive.

I use all WD 250's for internal these days. All my older 80's and 120's etc have never given me any issues.
 
The absolute fastest thing going in high capacity ATA drives are the 16MB buffer units from Maxtor. The Hitachi 7K400 is pretty zippy too, but overpriced. WD has a 16MB buffer drive that should be hitting the channel pretty soon, and it may be a worthy drive as well, but I haven't seen any performance data on it.
