In the 15 years of windows administration I have done at work, I have never ever used a monitor driver.

What is the problem?

I can't seem to identify the problem with that image. Is it because its from 2007?
 
I have always installed the correct driver for the monitor I'm using..Maybe I.m old fashioned or just stupid..Sorry to have bothered you...
