Need Display Help

[Stupid_Newbie]

Hello ladies and gents, I need some help finding a display. Im not going to be playing a lot of games, skyrim, maybe a few older titles. But you never know. Im looking at the 22-24" range give or take. Id like a display with good colors, and a nice black. Ill also be viewing blu-rays or blu-ray rips on it before sending them to my mybook live.

So im curious what to be looking at. I dont want to to be a horrible gamer, and I know manufacturers probably still play numbers games, and that it wont always be apples to apples.

With that said, id like to keep it around $300cdn or less. Any good suggestions?
