Looking at all the cases out there, I am stunned by the lack of adoption of Intel's "Azalia" HD Audio connections.

Sure, you can buy drive bay devices that can do it, but so far all the cases I've seen are still using the older "AC'97" headers, which don't work right with HD Audio motherboards and the two X-Fi models that support this standard.

Anyone know of a case with this capability? Would prefer SFF, but...I'm not finding anything...
 
CoolerMaster Cosmos has both AC 97 and HD Audio connectors (All manufacturers should have this IMHO).
 
Since you said you're looking for SFF, Tt's Lanbox Lite has both HD Audio and AC'97.
 
Not SFF but the Antec SonataIII and the already mentioned CoolerMaster 690 both have them.
