Need case suggestions

I'm looking for a case that opens up on the right hand side. It would be nice if it's a case like the CM Stacker with a whole row of 5 1/2" bays in the front.

Coolermaster does make a CMStacker in a BTX variant that opens on the right side.

Will that work with my ATX mobo though?

From what I understand on the CMStacker ATX/BTX cases, you can mount your ATX board in the BTX case, but it'll be upside down is all.

In BTX cases all they did was rotate the board 180deg. for cooling.

The other thing I like about the CMStackers is the ability to have and control a 2nd P/S in the tower.
